Atelier Policies
We accept payments by bank transfer and card through an online link or POS at the premises. Additionally, if the amount is total, we accept cash.
The reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance before a class
Punctuality is required at the beginning and end of each class.
Once you have registered for a workshop or purchased a workshop, this payment is non-refundable. However, the date for which the reservation was made can be changed and it can also be recovered if missed, depending on availability. We still ask that you inform us via email of any changes or absences in advance so that we can correctly organize our workshops.
We are not responsible for children's belongings.
Children will be able to leave the atelier only with the adult who has signed the registration. If you plan to collect your little one with someone else, we need you to fill out an authorization form that you can request through the official email: leartworld@gmail.com
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop 24 hours in advance in the event of any force majeure situation that prevents the correct execution of the service in our space. We will notify you via email and your payment will be refunded in 5 to 10 business days.
If the activity is suspended for a reason beyond our control (e.g. natural disaster, pandemic, legal restrictions, public safety incidents...) the event will be rescheduled for the immediate following date and payment will not be refunded.
Please carefully read the information of each workshop or services that you are going to contract with us prior to payment. We are not responsible for misinformation about the characteristics of our activities.
All the materials we work with are carefully selected, non-toxic products, sometimes even edible (made from yogurt or cornstarch) because small children tend to put things in their mouths and that is why we ask you in advance to notify us of allergies or particular illnesses so we can be aware and ensure their safety within the atelier.
We will take photos and videos of the activities, where the main objective will be the works and hands of the students. If you do not want your child to appear in the inventory of images, let us know in advance.
We are not responsible for damages or stains on children's clothing, although we have aprons available to prevent this from happening and we will always try to be careful with the materials. We know that accidents happen when working with paint it is for this reason that we recommend the children come with comfortable clothing intended for painting.
In the face of the unlikely case where the child needs urgent medical treatment and/or surgical intervention, without being able to contact his or her parents or legal guardians, Leart World is authorized to take whatever measures it deems appropriate to ensure the child's health or wellbeing.
We are dedicated to the constant improvement of our space, this is why we invite you to send us ideas, needs or suggestions you may find important to share, we are keen to improve every day and hope to create the ideal place that suits both our students and their family.
